Eleven years ago, on the day I took over this restaurant, I was filled with fear. I wondered if this kitchen could truly stand again.

But the warm words left by our guests served as small lanterns, lighting the path forward.

“I’m going to be a regular here, so please stay open for a long, long time.”

That single promise built the Goldtuna of today.

I may serve tuna, but truly, I aim to offer a memory, a moment, and a chapter of a story.
