Goldtuna operates on a reservation-first basis. Evenings, weekends, and holidays book up quickly — we recommend reserving at least 3 days in advance via Naver Reservation or phone. Walk-ins are welcome when seats are available, but reservations are strongly encouraged for a smooth dining experience.

Bangi is a bright, lively branch suited for company dinners and group gatherings. It's a celebratory atmosphere — perfect for meals paired with our Jumakase performances. Sinsa is a calmer, more private branch ideal for business meetings, dates, and anniversary dinners. Both branches share the same menu, service standards, and tuna quality — run directly by Chef Tuna.

Lunch courses are designed for value compared to dinner. Depending on the price, the tuna species, cuts, course composition, and side dishes vary — letting you experience Goldtuna at any budget. Dinner centers on our 15-course menu, featuring sashimi, sushi, grilled and fried tuna, rice dishes, and dessert for a fuller experience.

Tuna pricing isn't just about quantity. Flavor and price depend heavily on species, cut, and fat density. Bluefin and yellowfin differ significantly in raw cost, and even within bluefin, cuts like kama-toro, otoro, and tail meat have distinct textures and flavors. Goldtuna's course price differences reflect tuna species, cuts, serving rounds, side menu composition, and overall course volume.

Goldtuna offers group seating for company dinners, family gatherings, and business meetings. We have configurations for parties of 6, 8, 18, and up to a maximum of 26 guests. Group reservations require seating arrangement and availability checks — please call ahead to discuss party size and special requests.

Both branches offer valet parking. Bangi shares valet service with the Nolboo Yuhwang Ori Jamsil branch valet booth — KRW 5,000 for 3 hours. At Sinsa, call upon arrival and our valet will collect your car — KRW 3,000 for 2 hours, then KRW 1,000 per additional 10 minutes.

The Somaek-Imo performance is centered at the Bangi branch. Let us know when you book, and we'll prepare it as a complimentary service when possible. Select the Naver Reservation coupon or leave "Somaek-Imo performance requested" in the notes, and we'll confirm and follow up. Drinks are ordered separately, but the performance itself is provided free of charge.

Tuna's flavor changes significantly with temperature and thickness. We cut thick and fully thaw the tuna, then carefully wipe surface moisture before serving — bringing out the best texture and flavor. At the right thickness and temperature, you can fully experience the fat, texture, and aroma of tuna. If you prefer thinner slices, just let our staff know.

No problem. If someone in your party doesn't enjoy tuna, please let us know when booking. With advance notice, we can prepare alternatives like tuna steak, while the rest of the course remains the same. Even when one or two guests make venue choices difficult, we'll ensure everyone can join the meal comfortably.

Dachi seats are considered the highlight of Japanese dining. You can watch ingredient preparation, food timing, and course flow up close. Sitting near the chef, you experience the rhythm of the meal — making the tuna and Jumakase experience more vivid. Since seats are side by side, they're well suited for couples, close friends, or anyone planning a special event.

Yes, corkage is available. If you'd like to bring your own bottle, please let us know when booking. We'll prepare wine, sake, or whisky glasses in advance depending on your selection. Standard wine or sake is KRW 20,000 per bottle, and large-format sake or whisky is KRW 40,000.

Goldtuna is not an all-you-can-eat restaurant. We follow set course rules to maintain consistent tuna quality and the same service for every guest. The main tuna serving is 12 pieces per person, with second-round service of 6 pieces and third-round service of 3 pieces. Additional servings are cut in smaller sizes so you can enjoy them comfortably.
