The premium Honmaguro (bluefin tuna) with beautiful marbling in each cut was served fresh and melted in my mouth. Pairing it with clean Hwayo (soju) created a fantastic harmony with the rich, savory flavor of the tuna. It was wonderful to have a slow meal while talking in a private room.
