It has been ten years since we first opened the doors of Goldtuna.
In that decade, what began as the tentative steps of a novice has matured into a respected name among tuna specialty houses. I carry with me a deep, lingering gratitude for every person who helped us along this journey.
At the very center of our history lies the reservation ledger.
It is a meticulous record of our days: the guests who visited, the size of their parties, the hours they stayed, the occasions they celebrated, and the specific flavors they enjoyed.
Since our beginning in 2015, ten volumes have been filled at our Bangi branch, and three at our Sinsa branch.
Every page and every line carries a profound meaning, representing moments that touched our hearts.
They are the living traces of a life's work, a history written in the service of others.
To share a few glimpses from those pages:
1. There were days recorded when not a single guest arrived. I remember the anxiety of those hours, sitting with my staff to search for solutions, offering each other quiet comfort and hope for the morrow.

2. There were moments of unforeseen criticism where I bowed my head in sincere apology, feeling the weight of our shortcomings. Even now, the memory brings a flush of heat to my face.
3. There were the triumphant days when we reached our goals, allowing me to implement a performance reward system for the staff. It is a tradition that remains firmly in place today; I have learned that true welfare begins with sharing the fruits of our collective labor.
4. I recall a young woman who first visited on a blind date. Three years later, she returned with her future in-laws to celebrate her upcoming marriage. I often wonder if she is still flourishing in her new life.
6. Then there was the son who brought his elderly mother from the countryside. Upon tasting the tuna, she marveled with a gentle, rustic lilt, "How can anything be this delicious?" Her kind smile remains vivid in my mind; I hope she is still in good health.
If I were to list every story, the digital pages might never end.
It is often said:
Happiness is not found in grand gestures, but in the accumulation of small, fleeting moments.

I find myself in complete agreement with those words.
For an ordinary citizen like myself, it is the only way to truly taste the sweetness of life.
How tragic would it be if happiness were reserved only for the elite—the highly educated, the powerful, or the wealthy?
There would be no place for someone like me.
I find comfort in knowing that by doing my best in every small moment, and by choosing gratitude, I too can find fulfillment.
It is the quiet path I have chosen to walk.

I have never been fond of self-promotion, but I have come to realize its necessity in these times. I have filmed a short piece to share our atmosphere; though I wonder about its effect, I am willing to learn and observe how it resonates with you.
