For over eleven years, Goldtuna has refined the art of the tuna omakase in Bangi-dong, Seoul. Rooted in a decade of tradition, we currently welcome guests at our original Bangi headquarters and our directly managed Sinsa location.
The Bangi branch offers a spacious and thoughtful environment, featuring private rooms, group seating for up to 26 guests, intimate four-person window tables, and traditional counter seating for a more personal dining experience.

The Rhythm of the Course
The dining experience at Goldtuna is a harmonious 15-course journey where diverse culinary traditions meet. Beginning with a gentle tuna porridge and concluding with a refreshing ice cream, each stage is carefully designed to balance temperature, timing, visual height, and color.
For those who prefer cooked preparations, we offer a specialized tuna steak. The fourteen accompanying side dishes are substantial enough to provide a complete and fulfilling meal on their own.
The Sequence
Introduction: Tuna porridge, tuna salad, fish balls, and a seasonal mushroom dish
The Core: Tuna sashimi, sushi, and additional service cuts (6+3 pieces)
Variations: Monkfish liver, tuna karaage, grilled short rib patties, grilled mero, and cream shrimp
Conclusion: Hand rolls, udon, and dessert
