The spirit of Christmas Eve is undeniable.
From four in the afternoon until well past one in the morning, a procession of vibrant guests has filled this space with energy.
They are captivated by the joy of the season and each other's company.
To my eyes, that vitality is nothing short of beautiful.
Watching the beautiful faces at the counter, I find myself drifting into a moment of reflection.
The passage of time.
I realize that I will be fifty-two years old next year.
I cannot say whether I have moved away from time or if I have simply been carried along by its current.
Regardless, the sight of these young people cradling their rosy dreams of love is truly radiant.
I, too, must have had a day like this once.
I am reminded of the fresh vitality and the purity of love from those years.
Young dreams and first loves are painted in the soft, distant hues of nostalgia.
While there is a quiet comfort in the maturity I have gained today, there was a unique brilliance in the possibilities of youth. That brilliance is something that can never be fully replaced.
For youth and its inherent potential shine with a light all their own.
The young souls who came to celebrate with us today were the picture of happiness.
Each one appeared truly full of affection and life.
I believe they have added a beautiful chapter of memories here at Goldtuna.
I wish everyone a graceful conclusion to this year.
And I pray that the coming year is filled with even greater blessings and joy.
To all who visited, may your deepest hopes find fulfillment.
