A family from Hong Kong recently visited our Bangi branch during their stay in Seoul. Their journey, which included the heights of Lotte World Tower and a peaceful stroll around Seokchon Lake, led them to us for a meaningful family dinner in the heart of Jamsil.
Lately, the dining room has been filled with a diverse tapestry of international voices.
We welcome guests from Japan and Hong Kong, as well as visitors traveling from Taiwan, China, and Australia.
After many years in this industry, meeting these travelers who have come from so far remains one of my greatest pleasures.
On a bright afternoon in June, a family of four from Hong Kong visited us.
They had already become familiar with our restaurant through social media before their arrival.
I had the pleasure of preparing a traditional spirit-and-beer blend for them, and we shared a moment for a commemorative photo—a small record of a beautiful encounter.
It is always humbling to hear that someone specifically sought us out during their precious time in Seoul.
They mentioned their plan to walk by the lake after their meal, and the bright expressions in our photo together said everything.
Jamsil is a wonderful neighborhood for travelers to navigate.
With the Lotte World Tower and the shopping at the mall nearby, everything is within reach.
The lake offers a serene path just a short walk away.
It is the perfect place to settle down for a meal after a full day of exploration.
It seems more people are discovering the joy of dining near these landmarks recently.
There is something deeply fulfilling about hosting a family.
Parents and children sitting together, laughing over a shared table.
The exhaustion of travel seems to fade away for a moment.
Observing those moments is what gives this restaurant its true purpose.
I hope our Bangi location is remembered for more than just the taste of tuna.
A place to visit with cherished company.
A space where families can truly share time.
A beautiful scene captured during a journey through Seoul.
That is the kind of restaurant I strive to maintain.
Food is eventually consumed and gone.
But the memory of sitting together lasts much longer.
I hope that this lunch remains such a memory for our guests from Hong Kong.
In the middle of a busy day at the tower, the mall, and the lake, I hope our restaurant served as a peaceful pause in their story.
Thank you for traveling all the way from Hong Kong to our neighborhood.
I sincerely hope your meal in this unfamiliar city was warm and comforting.
We will continue to prepare every plate with quiet and devoted care.
