Like a bell announcing the start of a meal—calm, soft, and set to an andante rhythm.

2. Tuna Garden Salad: A bright harmony of fresh greens and tuna, offering a light, refreshing acidity that heightens the appetite.

The first movement of Vivaldi’s Spring—crisp, fresh, and full of life.

3. Savory Fish Ball: A bite-sized contrast of a crisp exterior and a tender heart, providing a playful shift in texture.

Mozart’s Turkish March—capturing the rhythmic delight of a crunchy yet soft bite.

4. Sizzling Iron-Plate Mushrooms: Fresh mushrooms grilled on a hot plate to lock in their earthy aroma and chewy, satisfying texture.

5. The Main Omakase: The crown jewel of the evening. Premium cuts of tuna, sliced thick to maximize the natural depth of flavor and luscious texture.

Just as we have a tuna omakase, we offer an omakase of spirits. Feel free to request our signature mixology performance.
