15-Course Tuna Steak in Seoul: A Hit Even for Non-Tuna Lovers

When choosing a venue for a gathering, a single phrase— "I cannot eat raw fish..."—can often lead to hesitation.

There is a quiet guilt in seeing someone feel excluded at a table meant for celebration.

At Goldtuna, we ensure that such worries never cross your mind.

"A texture where the concentrated oils unique to bluefin tuna

envelop the palate, distinct from the marbling of a beef steak.

At Goldtuna’s table,

no guest is ever left behind."

A steak born from the art of sincere service

Eleven years ago, I made a promise to build a space that serves people rather than just dishes. The embodiment of that sincerity is our tuna steak. It pained me to see guests holding their chopsticks in hesitation while minding their companions. If you let us know when booking, we will prepare a dedicated main course crafted specifically for that guest.

Caring for the one person who cannot eat raw fish,

that is how Goldtuna defines

true hospitality.

Tuna Steak

Unrivaled quality, not just a substitute

This is in a different league from common alternatives like cutlets or fried snacks. Goldtuna sears premium No. 9 grade cuts into steaks. It is the perfection of a crisp exterior and a tender interior, with a flavor more delicate than meat, often leading companions to ask for a taste. With warm dishes like grilled patties and cream shrimp following in sequence, even those who don't eat sashimi leave with a satisfied smile.

The vibrancy of Bangi and the privacy of Sinsa

The Bangi Branch, our original location, is like a lively festival. The atmosphere is filled with laughter and the energetic spirit of our renowned performances. It is the perfect choice for family celebrations or cheerful company dinners.

In contrast, the Sinsa Branch embodies the sophisticated mood of Garosu-gil. With many private rooms, it is optimized for business meetings or intimate dates. It is an ideal place to share deep conversations in a serene and refined setting.

Whichever branch you choose, you will experience the attentiveness reflected in our 4.7-star rating. With our customized lettering service, a party with friends who don't eat raw fish becomes truly perfect.

The Tuna Steak Course Table

"I used to stay hungry at dinners, but now I am a regular."

I remember a review from a guest who used to fill up on side dishes during company dinners. I was deeply moved by their note of gratitude after experiencing our tuna steak.

Now, that entire team visits us without hesitation for every gathering.

This kind of feedback is when I feel the most fulfilled.
